1.3 Purpose and Retention of Data

The data collected will not be disclosed or shared with third parties, except in the cases provided for in this privacy policy and/or by law, and in any event, in the manner permitted by this policy.
The data may be disclosed to data processors or persons in charge of processing, within the scope of their respective duties and in accordance with the instructions received, solely for the purposes specified in this privacy notice.
